In a tragic incident, a 17-year-old male has been charged with the murder of Luke Blackmore in Sutton. The charge was made on Thursday, 5 October, following an investigation into the fatal stabbing that occurred on Monday, 2 October.
Luke Blackmore, 42, was found with stab injuries outside an address on Typhoon Way, prompting officers to launch an investigation after a call at approximately 21:00. Despite the efforts of medical professionals at the scene, Blackmore succumbed to his injuries.
The charged teenager is set to appear in custody at Croydon Magistrates’ Youth Court on Friday, 6 October. Meanwhile, a 44-year-old woman [A] was arrested on suspicion of making threats to kill and has been released on bail pending further enquiries.
