The first incident occurred in Co Kerry near Listowel, where a teenager tragically lost his life. Gardaí have reported that the young boy, aged in his late teens, sustained serious injuries in the collision, which took place at approximately 21.50 on the R555 at Duagh village. Despite immediate medical attention at Kerry University Hospital, he sadly passed away.
