Drugs and Knives: Wilson Brothers Busted in Worksop

Darryl Wilson was caught red-handed in a garage stash during a police raid in Edinburgh Walk, Worksop. Officers found deal bags of Class A drugs sitting on top of the fridge, alongside stacks of cash, luxury handbags, multiple phones, and drug-dealing gear.

Darryl Jailed, Ryan Gets Suspended Sentence

The 33-year-old was handed a 2-and-a-half-year jail term at nottingham/" title="Nottingham" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">Nottingham Crown Court on Monday (23 October). His brother Ryan, 28, also from Edinburgh Walk, dodged immediate prison but was hit with a two-year suspended sentence for violent offences.

Violent Street Ramming Spree

The brothers’ crimes don’t stop at drugs. On 4 November 2022, police were scrambled to Waverley Place after reports of men armed with weapons shouting and smashing two transit vans into parked cars—repeatedly ramming each other in a fierce street brawl.

CCTV caught Darryl and Ryan armed with knives outside their home minutes before the chaos. Ryan was also seen with what looked like a gun tucked in his waistband. A search of the property later unearthed knives, hammers, and a gas-powered pistol.

Guilty Pleas and Weapon Charges

  • Darryl pleaded guilty to supplying Class A drugs and possession with intent to supply, plus affray and three counts of carrying weapons in public.
  • Ryan admitted affray, possession of an imitation firearm to scare others, and three weapon possession offences.

While Darryl’s behind bars, Ryan’s sentence is suspended, but the Wilson brothers’ reign of terror in Worksop has been put firmly on hold—for now.
