The victim remains in critical condition; police appealing for public assistance
Police are seeking witnesses following a serious incident in Hurstpierpoint, where a cyclist in his 60s suffered severe injuries after a collision with a vehicle.
The emergency services were called to High Street yesterday (February 21) to attend to an unresponsive man following the accident at approximately 12:50 pm.
He has been hospitalized and is currently in a critical condition.
Authorities are calling on anyone who saw the accident, possesses CCTV footage from Cuckfield Road spanning High Street to Marchants Road, or was driving on High Street around 12:50 pm with a dashcam to come forward.
