Flames Engulf Family Home on Kingsdale Drive
The fire broke out at around 1am at a house on Kingsdale Drive, sending shockwaves through the local community. The young victim was trapped in the dormer bedroom she shared with her two sisters, aged 11 and 6, who survived along with their 3-year-old brother.
Emergency services quickly responded, rescuing the 37-year-old mother and rushing her and the children to hospital. Thankfully, their injuries are not life-threatening.
