Paul Belsey, a deputy head of Marjorie McClure School in Chislehurst, south-east London, has been suspended after his appearance in an X-rated comedy film came to light. Belsey, 41, who also served as the head of safeguarding at the school, starred in the low-budget film “Babe Camp,” where he portrayed a character named Billy Cockburn.
In “Babe Camp,” which is available for streaming on Amazon Prime, Belsey’s character is depicted as an alcoholic sex pest. The film, which has garnered a 2.6 rating on IMDb, follows the escapades of two middle-aged men aiming to establish a nudist camp.
In various scenes throughout the film, Belsey is shown engaging in explicit acts, including participating in a threesome with two women dressed as cheerleaders and being bound, gagged, and spanked while wearing S&M gear. Despite the graphic nature of his role, Belsey did not use a pseudonym and continued to act under his real name.
Staff members who worked alongside Belsey at the school revealed that he had previously boasted about his acting endeavours, including being an extra in “The Bill.” However, the revelation of his appearance in an X-rated film has sparked outrage and concern among colleagues.
An insider at the school described Belsey’s actions as “despicable” and a “complete violation of trust.” Given his role as head of safeguarding for vulnerable children, the revelation has raised serious questions about his suitability for the position.
