Officers are appealing for help to locate 20-year-old Slavik Dubovskis, who has been reported missing from Gravesend. Slavik was last seen in the Ingoldsby Road area on the evening of Tuesday, October 15, 2024.
He is described as white, 5ft 6ins tall, of very slim build, with very short dark blond hair, and sporting a goatee-style beard and moustache. Witnesses have noted that he usually walks quickly with his hands in his pockets. At the time of his disappearance, Slavik was wearing all black clothing and may have been carrying a backpack. He is also known to frequently use public transport.
Police are concerned for Slavik’s welfare and are urging anyone who has seen him or has information about his whereabouts to contact them immediately by calling 999, quoting reference 15-1338.
