Becontree Underground Station Shut After Late-Night Stabbing

Becontree Tube station has been closed since last night after a man was stabbed near 10 PM on October 16. Police and paramedics raced to the scene following the shocking attack.

Victim Rushed to Hospital with Serious Injuries

The victim was rushed to hospital with serious stab wounds. Thankfully, officials say the injuries are not life-threatening or life-changing. The British Transport Police (BTP) are treating the stabbing as an isolated incident.

Increased Police Patrols and Witness Appeal

BTP have boosted patrols around Becontree station as detectives launch their investigation. They are urgently asking anyone who saw what happened to step forward.
