Essex Police are hunting witnesses after a fatal smash on Main Road, Harwich. A silver Ford Transit Courier hit an elderly man near King George’s Avenue around 7.40am on Wednesday, 27 November.

The victim, a man in his 80s, was rushed to hospital but sadly died on Tuesday, 10 December. Detectives are scrambling to piece together what happened and need the public’s help.
