Rashid Harif, 24, from Friary Road, Peckham, carries a troubling history of drug offences. Police previously caught him in the company of teenage girls under the influence of drugs and alcohol.

In July 2021, amid fears he was linked to child sexual exploitation, Harif became the subject of a Slavery and Trafficking Risk Order (STRO) – a legal move to keep predators off the streets.
