A 21-year-old man has been charged with arson after a blazing spree targeting properties linked to Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer.
Arson Attacks Hit Sir Keir Starmer’s Former Home and Car
Roman Lavrynovych, a Ukrainian national, faces three counts of arson with intent to endanger life. Arrested in North London, Lavrynovych is accused of firebombing Sir Keir Starmer’s former family home in Kentish Town in the early hours of Monday, May 12.
London Fire Brigade rushed to the scene at around 1:11am after a fire broke out at the townhouse’s front. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.
Lavrynovych is also charged with torching a 4×4 parked nearby—reportedly sold by Starmer to neighbours—and setting another fire outside a converted flat in Islington connected to the PM on Sunday, May 11.

Lavrynovych appeared at 123 in Islington and Kentish Town, as well as a car fire in Kentish Town. Mr Lavrynovych is entitled to a fair trial.”
