An abusive thug who tried to bite out his pregnant fiancée’s eyeball has been slammed back behind bars for breaking his release conditions.
Benjamin Jones Sent Back to Prison
Benjamin Jones, 30, was originally jailed for 50 months after a horrific assault on his then-pregnant partner. The vicious attack included punches, kicks, and a terrifying attempt to gouge her eye out.
Shockingly, Jones was freed after just 12 months on licence. But his reckless freedom didn’t last long. He’s now been recalled to prison for trying to contact the victim — breaking a strict 10-year restraining order.

Police confirmed Jones was snapped up for violating licence terms designed to shield the victim from harm.
“Benjamin Jones has been returned to prison after a clear and serious breach of his licence conditions, including contact with the protected person under a restraining order,” a spokesperson revealed.
Authorities stressed safeguarding the victim remains a top priority.

Jones’s brutal original crime sent shockwaves through the community. The victim suffered severe facial injuries and remains protected.
At sentencing, the judge labelled Jones a “dangerous and controlling man” who posed a serious ongoing threat.
