Voyeur Caught on Camera at Castle Quay Shopping Centre
Thames Valley Police have launched an urgent appeal after a creepy voyeurism incident at Banbury’s busy Castle Quay shopping centre. On Monday, 2 June 2025, between 5pm and 5.45pm, a man allegedly used an electronic recording device to secretly film another man under a cubicle door in the men’s toilets.
Police Release CCTV Image of Key Witness
Officers have now released a CCTV image of a man they believe could hold crucial information about the incident. PC Filip Kopec, leading the investigation, said:
PC Filip Kopec: “I am releasing this image of a man who may have vital information about this offence of voyeurism. If you are the man in the image or know who he is, please get in touch immediately.”
