Man Stabbed in Early Morning Horror on Sheringham Avenue
Police stormed Sheringham Avenue at 3.57am on September 8 after reports of a stabbing. They found a 62-year-old man seriously injured with stab wounds inside a property.
A huge police presence quickly stretched across surrounding streets, including Romford Road and Little Ilford Lane, as officers launched a major investigation.
Six Men Arrested, All Now on Bail
Six men aged between 22 and 57 were arrested nearby in connection with the attack. However, all have since been released on bail while inquiries continue.
Victim’s Condition Remains Critical
As of September 12, police confirmed the injured man is still in a critical condition in hospital. Officers are desperate for witnesses or anyone with information.
