A young Brit met a tragic end in Dubai after swallowing multiple cocaine packages before flying from Manchester to the UAE. Jensen Westhead, just 20, suffered a fatal overdose when one of the drug packets ruptured inside his stomach.
Found Dead in Dubai Hotel
Jensen’s body was discovered at Dubai’s Hotel Avalon on December 4, 2024. Authorities launched a rapid investigation, quickly rounding up key suspects connected to the deadly drug smuggling attempt.
Four Arrested Over Cocaine Smuggling

All four now face conspiracy charges for plotting to illegally export class A drugs. Steven Stephenson also faces separate charges of supplying cocaine. They are due to appear at Lancaster Magistrates’ Court on October 31.
