Scumbag teenager from Newport who attacks Dog Walker is Arrested by Police
A scumbag who was videoed attacking a dog walker in Cowes has been arrested by Police and released under investigation. The 15-year-old boy from the Newport has been named as Jarred Webb has been arrested – and released without charge, but remains under investigation – in connection with a serious assault in Cowes last month that took place on Bath Road in Cowes. The man in his 40’s was attacked and assaulted after asking the group of gobs to stop smashing glass bottles. Many took to his Facebook page to share their upset: What an ugly p****. Would love to see someone put him in the hospital along with his bitch, Karma will soon find you..ugly yet confident wtf..
