Woman Charged with Murder in Edmonton Killing of 26-Year-Old
Detectives have charged 22-year-old Gizem Ozbahadir from Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire with the murder of 26-year-old Christopher George in Edmonton.
New Arrest Rocks Murder Investigation
Ozbahadir was arrested yesterday and charged on Thursday, 27 August, not only with murder but also possession of cannabis and two fraud offences. She was remanded to appear at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court on Friday, 28 August.
Two Men Also Face Murder Charges
- Leo Donaldson, 27, of Haringey — charged with murder and possession of criminal property. He was remanded at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court and is due at the Old Bailey on 18 August.
- Roshane Watson, 23, of Edmonton — charged with murder and receiving stolen goods. He appeared in custody on 20 August and will face the Central Criminal Court alongside Donaldson on 3 November.
This latest charge adds a fresh twist to the ongoing investigation into Christopher George’s tragic death in Edmonton.
