Detectives have charged a man with murder and violent disorder following the death of a man in Bromley.
Alfie Tullett Held After Fatal Attack
Alfie Tullett, 32, from East Malling, Kent, was charged on Thursday, 30 July, after his arrest on 28 July. He appeared via video link at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on Friday, 31 July.
Deadly Stabbing in Chislehurst Park Shocks Community
Police launched a murder probe after 34-year-old Frankie Bulbrook was found with fatal injuries in a park near Belmont Lane and Imperial Way, Chislehurst, on Friday, 24 July.
Two men, aged 30 and 26, were discovered near the Gordon Arms pub with stab wounds. They were rushed to a South London hospital, but their injuries were not life-threatening.
Multiple Arrests Made, Some Released
- Both stabbed men were arrested on suspicion of murder.
- One was released under investigation after hospital discharge; the other remains hospitalised.
- A 30-year-old man arrested for murder has been released with no further action.
- A 25-year-old man arrested for murder and violent disorder on 29 July was also released under investigation.
One week on, police will be canvassing the Belmont Lane and Imperial Way area on the evening of 31 July, appealing for witnesses.
