Man Attacked Outside Home and Followed to Hospital in Shocking Assault
Just after midnight on Tuesday, 15 March 2022, a man in his 30s was leaving a property on Napier Road when a suspect suddenly attacked him. The victim suffered facial injuries needing hospital treatment.
Suspect Chased Victim to Medway Maritime Hospital
The victim drove to Medway Maritime Hospital for help. Alarmingly, the suspect followed his car along Napier Road, Canterbury Street, and Montgomery Road before entering the hospital grounds.
Damage Done to Victim’s Car at Hospital
While at the hospital, it’s alleged the suspect also vandalised the victim’s car, adding to the horror of the night.
Police Urge Witnesses to Come Forward
Kent Police have launched a thorough investigation, reviewing CCTV and conducting forensic exams. They want anyone with information or dashcam footage from Medway Maritime Hospital, Canterbury Street, or Napier Road to get in touch.
