Car Blaze Sparks Alarm at HMP Winchester
Blue Citroen C1 Torched in Staff Car Park
Firefighters rushed to HMP Winchester on Sunday night after a blue Citroen C1 was deliberately set alight in the staff car park between 10pm and 11pm.
Vehicle Destroyed, Nearby Car Damaged
The blaze completely destroyed the Citroen and also damaged a nearby parked car. Miraculously, no one was hurt in the fiery attack.
Police Hunt Witnesses and Dashcam Footage
Officers probing the incident want to hear from anyone who spotted suspicious behaviour or was in the area at the time.
