Major road shut after violent attack

A man has suffered life-changing injuries following a vicious stabbing on Beckside Road, Bradford. The shocking incident led to a huge emergency response and the closure of a major thoroughfare in the city.

Police swoop and arrests are made

West Yorkshire Police confirmed the 9.24pm attack, saying: “Police received a report from the ambulance service that a man was found with stab wounds.” The victim was rushed to the hospital and is now in a stable condition, but his injuries are believed to be life-changing.

Suspects remain in custody

A man and a woman were arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and remain in custody as inquiries continue. Bradford CID is leading the investigation.
