Young Woman Dies in Horror Solo Crash on M2 Christmas Eve
Tragedy struck just before 1pm on Christmas Eve when a young woman in her 20s lost her life on the M2. Her black Volkswagen T-Roc smashed into the central reservation and flipped over near Medway Services (Junction 4) on the London-bound side.
Driver Killed at Scene – No Other Cars Involved
The driver, from Faversham, was pronounced dead at the scene. Shockingly, no other vehicles or passengers were involved in the crash. Her devastated family has been informed.
Police Launch Urgent Appeal for Witnesses and Dashcam Footage
The Serious Collision Investigation Unit closed the M2 between Junctions 5 and 4 while they probe the crash. Officers are now urgently calling for anyone who saw the incident or the car beforehand to step forward.
