A 25-year-old woman from St Leonards-on-Sea">St Leonards-on-Sea has been hit with serious drug and human trafficking charges after police uncovered the exploitation of two children.

Police Crack Down After Tip-Off

Officers were tipped off on 2 February about suspected child exploitation linked to a local woman. A swift investigation led to a raid on Silverlands Road on 3 March, where Cara Foxwell was arrested.

Charged and Locked Up

On 4 March, Foxwell faced charges for possession of a class B drug and human trafficking offences (excluding kidnapping). She appeared at Brighton Magistrates’ Court the same day and was remanded in custody, awaiting her next hearing on 1 April.

Children Safeguarded

Sussex Police and partner agencies have taken immediate action to protect the two children involved, ensuring their safety amid the ongoing probe.
