Police are investigating after a 33-year-old man from Bexhill-on-Sea died in a single-vehicle crash on the B2099 High Street near Ticehurst. The incident happened between 9.15pm and 9.25pm on Saturday, 25 April, outside The Priory Ticehurst House on the road between Wadhurst and Ticehurst village.

Single-car Collision

The red Mazda RX-8 coupe the man was driving left the carriageway while travelling eastbound towards Ticehurst. Emergency services attended, but the driver was pronounced dead at the scene.

Sussex Police Appeal

Sussex Police have launched an investigation to establish the circumstances surrounding the crash. Officers are urging anyone who saw the vehicle before the collision or has dashcam or CCTV footage to come forward.
