Car Crash Horror on Merantun Way: One Dead, Three Hurt
A deadly smash shook Merantun Way in Merton this Sunday. A car slammed into two pedestrians before crashing into a lamp post, hitting two more people in the process.

Police were alerted just before 28 July. The London Ambulance Service and Air Ambulance quickly arrived. Despite their best efforts, one pedestrian died at the scene. Three others were treated on the spot.
