Man Fights for Life After Late-Night Attack in New Malden
Police rushed to the corner of New Malden High Street and Blagdon Road just before midnight. There, they found two men aged 31 and 28, both injured and in urgent need of medical help.
Serious Injuries But No Arrests Yet
The 28-year-old man’s injuries aren’t life-threatening. Sadly, the 31-year-old remains in a critical condition, battling for his life in hospital.
So far, no arrests have been made in connection with the attack.
Police Urge Witnesses to Come Forward
Officers want to hear from anyone who saw what happened or has any information. Witnesses who haven’t yet spoken to police should call 101 and quote incident number CAD 7447/16apr.
