Serious Assault Rocks Tunbridge Wells

Kent Police are hunting witnesses after a violent assault in Tunbridge Wells. The attack happened on Sherwood Way at around 7:10pm on Friday, July 19, 2024.

Victim Hospitalised but Now Discharged

Officers were called to the scene following reports of a disturbance. By the time they arrived, a man in his 40s had already been rushed to hospital. He received treatment for his injuries and has since been discharged.

Three Arrested But Released on Bail

Later that evening, police arrested three suspects: a 40-year-old woman from the local area, plus two teenagers aged 15 and 16. They face suspicion of assault and have been released on bail. All are due back at the police station on October 7 for further questioning.
