Man Dies in Horror Crash with Tree in Worcestershire

A man has tragically died after his car smashed into a tree in Kidderminster this afternoon.

Emergency Services Rush to Scene

The fatal crash happened at 12:12pm at the junction of Comberton Road and Stone Hill. Two ambulances, a paramedic officer, the Midlands Air Ambulance from Cosford, and a trauma doctor from Mercia Accident Rescue Service (MARS) were all scrambled to the scene.

Driver Found Critical, Sadly Dies at Scene

A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokeswoman said: “We arrived at the scene to find the driver of the car, a man, in a critical condition. Staff worked quickly to administer advanced trauma care to the patient at the scene. However sadly, despite their best efforts, nothing could be done to save the man and he was confirmed deceased on scene.”
