Teen Stabbed in Horrific Night Attack in Worthing
Police are hunting three masked men after an 18-year-old was stabbed late Friday night in Worthing.
Brutal Assault on Nyewood Lane
Officers rushed to Nyewood Lane at around 11.43pm on 15 August, where they found the young victim suffering from stab wounds to his chest and face.
He was rushed to hospital with serious—but not life-threatening—injuries and remains under medical care.
Suspects Flee on Foot
Detective Inspector Darren Taylor revealed that the attack was carried out by three males wearing face coverings. The suspects fled on foot along Wood Street.
“We recognise the concern this incident will have caused, and I’d like to reassure the community that they can expect to see a highly visible police presence in the area as our enquiries continue,” DI Taylor said.
Police Appeal for Witnesses
The force is urging anyone who witnessed the stabbing, caught it on camera, or noticed any suspicious behaviour to come forward immediately.
