Sussex Police Hunt Thieves After Ticehurst Van Raids
Sussex Police have launched an investigation following a string of vehicle break-ins in Ticehurst on the night of 30 December 2025. Crooks targeted three vans, rifling through them and stealing valuable tools.
CCTV Captures Thieves in Action
One break-in on Church Street was caught on camera, showing two men smashing into a van. Other offences took place in a public car park behind a local pub, with one van suffering an attempted theft.
Police Urge Witnesses to Come Forward
Officers are appealing to anyone with dashcam or CCTV footage from around 11pm that night to get in touch. An Inspector said, “Any information, no matter how small, could be vital.”
