Masked Robber Strikes in Maidstone Shop – Police Hunt Suspect
Kent cops are on the lookout after a masked man tried to rob a shop in Boxley Road, Maidstone. The terrifying incident happened around 5pm on Wednesday, 23 November 2022.
Robber Demands Cash, Flees Empty-Handed
The suspect stormed into the store, hinted he was armed, and demanded cash from staff. When refused, he fled without a single penny.
Detectives Release CCTV, Urge Public to Come Forward
Detective Constable Celia King from the Chief Constable’s Crime Squad said: “We’ve been investigating this attempted robbery and are now sharing a CCTV image of a suspect. Although his face is covered by a scarf, we hope someone recognises his clothing and contacts us.”
