Major Drug Bust Hits Surrey and Sussex Towns

Nearly 100 police officers from Surrey and Sussex forces launched a massive crackdown across multiple towns, including Camberley, Farnborough, Aldershot, and Farnham. The dawn raids resulted in the seizure of large quantities of drugs, piles of cash, and offensive weapons.

Senior Detective Pledges Zero Tolerance

Temporary Detective Inspector Lee Hazell slammed drug dealers in Surrey, saying: “We will not tolerate drug dealing in Surrey. We will arrest those that decide to deal drugs in our communities.” He added, “Our focus has always been on keeping Surrey safe, and today’s operation shows we mean business.”

Four Men Charged in County-Wide Drugs Probe

The raids conclude a months-long investigation into Class A and B drug supply across Surrey. Four men face serious charges of conspiracy to supply Class A drugs:

  • Ryan Bambridge, 37, Jessop Road, Stevenage
  • Sean Nelson, 29, Nightjar Close, Rushmoor, Farnborough
  • Beau West, 31, Balmoral Road, Ash Vale
  • Daniel Nelson, 32, Fernhill Road, Cove
