Web Predator Cameron Osman Posed as Teen Girl to Target Boys Online
Shocking Online Grooming Exposed
The National Crime Agency (NCA) has exposed Cameron Osman, 44, from Southampton, who lurked online under the alias ‘Lizzielemon’. Using Instagram, MyLol, and Love Crush, Osman identified vulnerable boys before moving chats to Google Hangouts, Discord, and Skype.
Behind the screen, Osman pretended to be a teenage girl, weaving sexualised fantasies to groom his victims. He never revealed his true identity, claiming his camera was broken to avoid detection.
Deceptive Lies and Disturbing Fetishes
Osman deceived boys by claiming ‘Lizzielemon’ was from Bristol or Birmingham. He revealed a twisted fetish for dominating boys in school uniforms, spinning a web of lies to entice his young victims.
76 Boys Targeted, All Safeguarded
When officers seized Osman’s laptop and phone, they found evidence of contact with 76 boys aged 12 to 16 across the UK. Thankfully, all have been safeguarded from further harm.
At 123 Crown Court on 2 May, Osman pleaded guilty to 36 charges, including attempting to incite children to sexual activity, causing children to engage in sexual activity, sexual communication with a child, and possessing indecent images.
NCA Vows to Hunt Online Predators
“Cameron Osman callously preyed on vulnerable teenage boys, masquerading as a teenage girl for his own sexual gratification,” said NCA Operations Manager Danielle Pownall.
“I have no doubt that if we had not stopped Osman, he would have gone on to commit more severe offences.
“We’ll keep working with partners worldwide to crack down on online child sexual abuse and bring offenders like Osman to justice.”
Osman will be sentenced at the same court on Friday, 30 June.
