Hit-and-Run Crash Smashes Kingswood Pub – Two Pedestrians Hurt
Detectives are hunting for witnesses after a wild crash in Kingswood, South Gloucestershire, left two pedestrians injured and a local pub battered in the early hours of Sunday.
Driver Rams Black Nissan Note into Kingswood Colliers
The smash happened around 1.20am on Regent Street when a black Nissan Note careered off the road and crashed into The Kingswood Colliers pub. Shockingly, the driver and two passengers fled the scene before cops arrived.
Man Arrested as Police Seek Dashcam Footage and Witnesses
A 32-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving. He was taken to Bristol Royal Infirmary for tests before being returned to police custody.
Both male pedestrians hurt in the crash attended Southmead Minor Injuries Unit for treatment.
Police have recovered the wrecked car but are desperate for any info, CCTV, dashcam, or mobile footage from anyone who saw the black Nissan Note before or during the collision.
