Burglary Suspect Charged After Brasted Break-In
A man has been charged and remanded in custody following a break-in near Westerham. Alfred Smith, 35, with no fixed address, was arrested over a burglary at a Brasted Road home on 8 April 2018.
Tablet Stolen After Window Smashed
Smith is accused of smashing a window to gain entry and stealing a computer tablet from the property.
Also Charged Over Motorhome Break-In
He faces additional charges for breaking into a Fiat motorhome parked in Wellingtonia Way, Edenbridge, between 3 and 4 April 2018. The charge relates to vehicle interference.
Next Court Date Set
Smith is currently remanded in custody and is due to appear at Medway Magistrates’ Court on 16 May.
