On Friday, 3 March, Met Police detectives from the Roads and Transport Policing Command arrested a 20-year-old man in Lambeth. The arrest relates to a shocking assault on a route 94 bus in Oxford Street, W1.

Victim Left Fighting for Life

The terrifying attack happened around 10.15pm on Tuesday, 28 February. The victim, a 25-year-old man, suffered a serious head injury and remains in hospital in critical condition.

Suspect Charged with Attempted Murder

The suspect, Oscar Castano-Colque, 20, of Woodfarrs Road, SE5, has been charged with attempted murder and possession of an offensive weapon. He is due to appear in custody at croydon/" title="Croydon" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">Croydon Magistrates’ Court on Saturday, 4 March.
