Robbie Cook Admits Causing Three Fatalities

Robbie Cook, 39, has pleaded guilty to causing the deaths of three men in a high-speed crash last year. The Eastbourne man faced Lewes Crown Court on October 23 and admitted three counts of causing death by dangerous driving, plus one count of perverting the course of justice.

Fatal Chase Through Hampden Park

The horrific incident unfolded on December 13 in the Hampden Park area. Cook, from Croxden Way, Eastbourne, pursued a Citroen Berlingo carrying three men: Daniel Davies, 21, Jonny Day, 32, and Jon ‘Tommy’ Miller, 36, all hailing from Berkshire.

The terrifying chase ended in a devastating collision on Decoy Drive. Tragically, all three men were pronounced dead at the scene.

Sentencing Looms for Cook

Cook is due to be sentenced on November 22, facing severe penalties over his role in the fatal crash.
