Birmingham Gang Jailed Over Shocking Shotgun Assault
The courts cracked down hard on five Birmingham men caught up in the violent shooting. On 12 January at Wolverhampton Crown Court, Shamus Hussain, 26, and Mohammed Ishtiaq, 23, both from Small Heath, along with Abdullah Amjad, 22, from Winson Green, faced justice.
All five men pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit grievous bodily harm and possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life.

- Amjad hit with 13 years and 6 months in prison
Two More Ringleaders Locked Up for Over 13 Years
Samir Khan, 19, from Bordesley Green, and Dilawar Khan, 19, from Small Heath, also pleaded guilty to the charges. Both were sentenced to hefty jail terms of 13 years and 6 months.
The total combined sentence for the gang tops 65 years, delivering a stark warning that violent crime in the area will be met with tough prison time.
