Lordswood Assault Suspect in Court After Shocking Punch Attack
A man has appeared in court after a shocking assault on a pedestrian in Lordswood.
Victim Punched Without Warning
On Friday, March 3, 2023, the victim was walking down Gould Road when an unknown attacker suddenly punched him in the head. The suspect then fled the scene, but police caught up with a man later that day.
John Dalley Charged Over Two Assaults
John Dalley, 22, from Huckleberry Close, Chatham, was charged with assault by beating the very next day. He also faces charges for assault causing actual bodily harm from an earlier incident on October 30, 2022.
Dalley appeared before Medway Magistrates’ Court and has been remanded for a hearing on Thursday, March 9.
