Police Helicopter Nabs Ladder-Wielding Roof Thieves at Fareham Law Courts
Drama unfolded at Fareham Law Courts when two men tried to scale the building using a ladder. Police quickly responded, backed by a dog unit and a helicopter, to catch the rooftop climbers red-handed.
Chopper Spots Suspects on Roof
The police helicopter spotted the two males aged 35 and 49 atop the court roof. They were soon arrested after carefully making their way down into waiting officers’ custody.
Burglary Suspects Seized Along with Their Cars
Both men face burglary charges and remain behind bars. Police also impounded their vehicles as part of the investigation.
Looks like their getaway plans didn’t quite go to plan — no rooftop escapes this time, just a march straight through the back door to the cells.
