Katie Price Faces Eviction from ‘Mucky Mansion’ – Must Leave in Days!

Eviction Notice Served

Katie Price has been slapped with an eviction notice for her notorious ‘Mucky Mansion’. The notice, dated April 24, 2024, orders her to vacate the property by 10am on May 29 – giving the former glamour model just weeks to pack up and move out.

Issued by Horsham County Court, the eviction warns Price and “any other occupiers” that county court bailiffs or High Court Enforcement Officers will carry out the eviction if she doesn’t leave voluntarily by the deadline.

From Glamour to Grit: The Rise and Fall of the £1.3 Million Property

Katie snapped up the mansion in 2014 from Tory peer Francis Maude for £1.3 million. Since then, the property has been a starring role in her Channel 4 show, showcasing her efforts to restore the once-dilapidated home. But years of financial troubles, including bankruptcy, have put the house in jeopardy.

Debt Repayments Threaten Her Ownership

Price had vowed to keep hold of her home despite her money woes. However, a recent court ruling means half her monthly income now goes towards paying off debts, putting her £2 million asset at serious risk.

Bankruptcy expert Joshua Harris warned: “Failing to address substantial debts can lead to repossession and long-term financial strain. Katie’s situation is critical.”

Legal Battles and New Income Streams

The reality star has been embroiled in endless legal battles, expressing frustration over constant courtroom dramas. To stay afloat, Price has tried to boost income with ventures like OnlyFans, hoping to fund her lifestyle and fight off eviction.

With eviction looming, Katie Price’s ‘Mucky Mansion’ saga highlights the harsh realities behind the glitz. The countdown has begun – will she beat the deadline or be forced to leave the home she fought so hard to save?
