Bushey Triple Murder Suspect Pleads Not Guilty
Kyle Clifford, 26, from Enfield, has denied murdering a BBC commentator’s wife and their two daughters. He also faces serious charges including rape, false imprisonment, and possession of offensive weapons.
Brutal Killings at Family Home
Clifford is accused of killing Carol Hunt, 61, the wife of BBC commentator John Hunt, along with their daughters Hannah, 28, and Louise, 25. The horrific murders took place on July 9, 2024, at their family home on Ashlyn Close, Bushey.
The court heard Carol was stabbed multiple times with a 10-inch butcher’s knife. Hannah and Louise were shot with a crossbow. Louise was reportedly tied up during the attack, and Clifford faces an additional rape charge involving her.
Chilling Court Appearance
Clifford appeared via video link from HMP Belmarsh at Cambridge Crown Court on December 19. He pleaded not guilty to all charges except the new rape accusation, for which he has yet to enter a plea.
