A nearby resident caught the action, spotting eight Kent Police vehicles arriving just before 9pm. Officers quickly detained a man at the scene.
Second Man Chased After Protest
Things heated up when another man tried to defend the detainee, claiming his innocence. Police didn’t hesitate and gave chase.
