Man Busted for Indecent Exposure in Rochester
A 43-year-old man has been arrested and charged following an indecent exposure incident near City Way, Rochester. The shocking event happened around 11:30 am on Thursday, 9th May 2024.
Drugs and Fake Docs Found After Arrest
Police launched an investigation immediately after the indecent exposure report. It quickly led to the arrest of Ian Hardy from Boundary Road, Chatham. During a search of a Medway address, officers seized a vehicle and recovered cocaine and cannabis.
Hardy Faces Multiple Charges

- Possession of class A and class B drugs
- Forgery of a vehicle registration document
- Driving without a license or insurance
- Using a vehicle without a valid test certificate

Hardy is due to appear at Medway Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, 14th May. He will face all charges officially then.
