A man in his 20s has been nabbed by cops after a hefty stash of suspected cannabis worth around £2,500 was seized. The drama unfolded on the evening of Saturday, October 7, when officers stopped and searched a car in Ballymoney’s Trinity Drive area.
Class B Drugs and Paraphernalia Found During Search
At roughly 9.40pm BST, police swooped on a suspicious vehicle and uncovered a substantial haul of suspected class B drugs along with various drug-related items. The investigation didn’t stop there — a separate property search unearthed even more suspected class B substances.
27-Year-Old Arrested, Now Out on Bail
The 27-year-old suspect was slapped with multiple charges, including possession, supply, and possession with intent to supply class B drugs, plus possessing criminal property. He has since been released on bail while police carry on with the probe.
