A man has been charged after launching a shocking assault on two police officers in West Sussex.
Police Targeted in Middleton Drama
Sussex Police were called to Middleton on Sunday evening (March 1) at around 6pm following reports of a vehicle blocking the road. When officers arrived in Lane End Road, they found the driver asleep behind the wheel.
The situation quickly escalated, leading to a violent attack on the officers. Police have slammed the assault and hailed their team for their courage during the chilling incident.
