Dog Attack Chaos on Busy Portsmouth Road – Man Injured as Owner Flees Scene
On Monday evening around 5:45pm, chaos erupted on Queens Road, Portsmouth. A man in his 30s, about 5’10” with short, shaved dark hair, was spotted walking with two children—a boy on a scooter, about seven, and a girl—while handling a large white Mastiff-type dog off its lead.
Out of Control Dog Sparks Attack
The man clearly had no control over the dog on the bustling road. When he tried to call the dog back, it bolted, knocking the man to the ground. Shocking footage would show the dog dragging him along as passersby looked on in alarm.

Worse still, the dog’s owner offered no help, refused to share his details, and simply walked off. The injured man was rushed to hospital with a serious head injury.
