Man Tried to Lure 9-Year-Old Girl Into White Van in Havant
Police are on the hunt after a creepy man tried to entice a young girl into his white van in Havant.
Chilling Incident on Allbrook Court
The incident happened between 5:15pm and 5:45pm on Friday, October 7, when a lone 9-year-old girl was approached by a man parked in a white van on Allbrook Court. The man started talking to the girl and asked her to get into his van.
Thankfully, the quick-thinking girl ran off and immediately told her parents, who reported the alarming encounter to the police.
Manhunt Underway
The suspect is described as:
- White male, in his 50s
- Grey hair
- Muscular build with tattoos on both arms
- Wearing dirty, baggy blue jeans
- Blue striped T-shirt with a swirly pattern
Officers are asking anyone who was in the area around that time and spotted a man fitting this description driving a white van to come forward.
