A man was spotted lurking near a wheelie bin outside a renovation site. Officers checked the bin and found several power tools inside.
Forced Door and Drugs Found at Crime Scene
Inspecting a nearby house under renovation, cops discovered the front door had been forced open. They also found a small stash of cocaine on the suspect.
Suspect Charged and Held in Custody
Kalvin Tiernan, 26, of Rowan Tree Road, Tunbridge Wells, was arrested and charged with burglary and drug possession. He was remanded in custody and set to appear at Medway Magistrates’ Court on August 4.
