Urgent Appeal After Serious Crash in Dunton Green
Police are hunting witnesses after a serious collision in Dunton Green on Friday night. The crash happened around 7.30pm on November 8, 2019, on London Road near Mill Road junction. A silver Vauxhall Insignia hit a pedestrian – an elderly woman in her 80s from Sevenoaks.
Elderly Woman Left Fighting for Life
The woman was rushed to a local hospital with serious injuries. Police say the Vauxhall driver stopped briefly then drove into Mill Road, where the car was abandoned.
Police Seek Driver and Witnesses
Officers are desperate to find the driver and piece together what happened. They want anyone who saw the pedestrian or the silver Vauxhall before or after the crash to come forward.
Dashcam footage from the area could be vital. If you noticed the car being parked in Mill Road after the collision, police want to hear from you.
